چکیده

Abstract The design of perovskite structures with multiferroic magnetoelectric coupling effects opens up new opportunities in fields such as the creation next-generation spin-dependent multistate information storage technologies. In this work, we prepared a transition metal-implanted coupling, which both and blueshift photoluminescence were observed. introduction metal-generated polarized spin interacts electronic orbit through spin–orbital to lead pronounced octahedron distortion, where temperature dependence dielectric constant undergoes ferroelectric polarization transition. An external magnetic field could enhance strength further affect magnitude electric polarization. Moreover, applying an tunes distortion feed back change Overall, polarization-induced perovskites provides unique approach realizing room-temperature materials.

Magnetoelectric Multiferroic Composites

Magnetoelectric (ME) multiferroics are materials in which ferromagnetism and ferroelectricity occur simultaneously and coupling between the two is enabled. Applied magnetic field H gives rise to an induced polarization P which can be expressed in terms of magnetic field by the expression, P=┙H, where ┙ is the ME-susceptibility tensor. Most of the known single-phase ME materials are known to sho...

Magnetoelectric coupling in the multiferroic compound LiCu2O2

We investigate the possible types of coupling between ferroelectricity and magnetism for the zigzag spin chain multiferroic compound LiCu2O2. We construct a multi-order-parameter phenomenological model for the material based on a group theoretical analysis. We find that a theory involving interchain magnetoelectric coupling belonging to the same unit cell explains the experimental results of Pa...

Synthetic magnetoelectric coupling in a nanocomposite multiferroic

Given the paucity of single phase multiferroic materials (with large ferromagnetic moment), composite systems seem an attractive solution to realize magnetoelectric coupling between ferromagnetic and ferroelectric order parameters. Despite having antiferromagnetic order, BiFeO3 (BFO) has nevertheless been a key material due to excellent ferroelectric properties at room temperature. We studied a...

Magnetoelectric Response in Multiferroic SrFe12O19 Ceramics

We report here realization of ferroelectricity, ferromagnetism and magnetocapacitance effect in singleSrFe12O19ceramic at room temperature. The ceramics demonstrate a saturated polarization hysteresis loop, two nonlinear I-V peaks and large anomaly of dielectric constant near Curie temperature, which confirm the intrinsic ferroelectricity of SrFe12O19 ceramicswith subsequent heat-treatment in O...

Dynamical magnetoelectric effects in multiferroic oxides.

Multiferroics with coexistent ferroelectric and magnetic orders can provide an interesting laboratory to test unprecedented magnetoelectric (ME) responses and their possible applications. One such example is the dynamical and/or resonant coupling between magnetic and electric dipoles in a solid. As examples of such dynamical ME effects, (i) the multiferroic domain wall dynamics and (ii) the ele...
